“We had a water line break in our finished basement 5 days before we were to close on the sale of our home. A neighbor suggested we call 1-800 Water Damage. He said they had done work for him and he was very satisfied. I called and Lucien, the owner, said he was nearby and could be at our home within an hour. He arrived promptly and began the mitigation process. We had been away so there was considerable damage. To make a long story short, they completed the mitigation and restoration of the finished basement including paint and dry wall, flooring, cabinetry and related plumbing and electrical items. They worked well with us, our insurance company and the buyer of our home. We were very pleased with the outcome.
