Crossroads Care Center of Sun Prairie

pros: mostly friendly staff, clean, activities, hot and timely food service, available microwave and fridge, timely meds, good communication, smaller facility so staff can properly care for residents, onsite pt/ot
cons: old building so hope to get a quiet neighbor, shared rooms and bathrooms, horrible food, tiny TVs

I am very pleased and impressed with the care, compassion and kindness my mom received during her 2-week stay at Crossroads Sun Prairie. The intake/admissions process was clear and understandable and the medical assessment and care, PT/OT, nursing and NP care team were thorough and attentive. Their communication was great and all staff I interacted with were cheerful and helpful. The administrators are accessible and the direct care staff were attentive and kind.

Im not sure why my review was erased as I just posted a couple months ago but my mom had the best care here. They really have turned the place around. It’s a little dated like many rehab centers, but not dirty as the other reviewer said. My mom was in for a full three weeks and the nurses and CNAs were much better and way more attentive than the hospital she was in before rehab
