I highly recommend Bohling Heating & Air Conditioning. Start to finish this company is lightening fast, honest, and efficient. I have used them several times over the last 15 years. They provide SUPERIOR service onsite and customer service over the phone. (Cindy is just the BEST.) Recently my furnace went out and from the time I called to having someone come to my house was within 30 minutes. I had quotes, and a timeline of work within 2 hours. The service team that worked on my furnace and April Aire system, Lucas and Cody, are AMAZING! Great service! Kevin from Bohling comes out annually to check our AC and furnace. If/when we need a repair, Cheryl is a speedy and excellent communicator. These folks are honest and looking out for the customer's best interest. Highly recommend!
We've used Bohling for 20 years, and just had them replace our furnace. I feel that we got a fair deal and everyone we came in contact with did a great job. Spent a long time talking with Cindy, Lee and Kevin about what our options were. And we really pestered the installers Cody and another guy with questions as well and they knew their stuff and everyone took time and was friendly. Showed up on time and got it done right. I know that they are based out of Sun Prairie but they never have any problem coming out to our place outside of Verona. Recommended.
