Love love this place. Dr. Kim is beyond amazing as is Dr. Beth. I will not take my animals anywhere else. I love the front end with the customer service (my people) I enjoy everytime I bring my animals in. The caring and love they show, not only with the knowledge that they keep up with but with the relationship they have with the animals they treat. I have the most respect for them.

I have been taking my dog there for five years now. I feel totally welcomed and I love the staff. My dg has received excellent care. My groomer Haley is just the best. It doesn't matter what vet I see it's usually Dr. Kim. I feel very comfortable with any f the Drs. I don't trust my beloved pet, FACHA to many but I'm totally fine with the care and love she receives. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This animal hospital also has a groomers built in, which is nice! I'm only reviewing the animal hospital side, since we haven't tried the groomer yet. The location is convenient for us, however you have to drive past the Walmart on the frontage road to get in. Not convenient for most people. Also the parking lot is small. There is no clear place to take "reactive" dogs for some alone time to reduce stress. The inside is open and clean. However the openness is also not great for reactive dogs. The staff was WONDERFUL. We had so many questions as first time pet owners (dog) and they were patient answering all our questions. They did a thorough job of looking at our pup and suggesting preventative treatments. They do suggest flea tick and heart worm treatments, which some people may see as an upsell, however I see that as they are really passionate about protecting animals health.
