We had part of a tree come down and damage the roof and gutter. Tim came out just an hour after I called and inspected the roof. He said that due to not being able to peel up individual shingles, we should replace all the shingles on the front half of the roof. We decided to follow his advice, and now we have a great looking new roof. We had another tree fall on the roof about nine years ago and had Gardner replace the entire roof. Did not hesitate to call them again... great professional work.

This was an extensive home remodel project involving all rooms, except the master bath, in our 1957 ranch style house. The living room was expanded by moving a wall (and fixing a persistent ceiling crack), relocated laundry from basement to main level with installation of shower stall, removed a wall to open center of main level for kitchen island, new kitchen and pantry, filled-in and refinished oak flooring, installed new ceiling lighting on both levels, installed two basement egress windows for bedrooms, installed basement bathroom, relocated basement sewer standpipes, vacuumed ductwork throughout, installed vinyl flooring and lighting in basement utility room, installed heated floor in main level bath and a basement bedroom, replaced main level skylight, covered wood paneling with drywall on main level and in basement and then painted, installed closet and pantry shelving, replaced outdoor lights, and poured new concrete exterior steps. The demolition began on March 7, 2022 and we moved back into the house on December 23, 2022. Our house is basically new on the interior and we regularly comment how much we enjoy the final outcome!This project was impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, especially with regard to start date and in the early months of the project. Health and supply chain factors were out of the control of participants in this project. Despite delays, Mike Hessling did not offer excuses. Our communication with him was matter of fact. We were frustrated by the pace of progress in the early months, but there were no constructive options.We enjoyed working with Mike Hessling and his staff. Mike is a man of few words, so lack of communication concerned us in the early going. However, Mike hired Heather to be his day-to-day communicator to expedite progress. Her involvement relieved our yearning for progress reports. We enjoyed the employees of Catalyst Custom Construction. Some were in early to mid-professional development as carpenters, which was fine with us. They were professional, always respectful of our concerns and special requests, and attentive to details of their work.Catalyst hired subcontractors for all trades except carpentry and the concrete work. We felt the quality of work done by the subcontractors was on par with the quality of work done by Catalyst carpenters. Egress window installations, plumbing, electrical, floor refinishing, shelving, and drywalling were well-done. The drywallers played and sang the best music of all of the tradespeople! We did have a plumber wash out some pails of tools in our new stainless steel sink and scratch it, but we realize that perfection is not possible in a project. It would have been beneficial for Catalyst to hire the masonry for the exterior concrete steps. This final component of our project revealed some lack of familiarity with concrete work.We now realize that we could have saved a hassle for ourselves and Catalyst if we had hired an architect to review our remodel plan. There was a microwave vent that needed to be exteriorized in proximity to a valley in our roof. Mike provided the solution which is good.The initial cost estimate was honored. There were some change orders requested by us, the home owners, and those costs were reasonable. As home owners, there were minor instances when we could assist the project and some financial credit was awarded to our efforts. In another instance, Catalyst purchased a door directly from the vendor, which saved us two thousand dollars.In conclusion, this project resolved dozens of needed improvements in our house, a list of which accumulated over the 41 years that we have lived in it. It was a long wait for completion, but the finished house is so pleasant for us and accommodating for guests.
Anthony went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. It's obvious, the man cares about his business and customers. I think we can all agree we've encountered business owners or employees that don't care, especially in this day and age. I tend to care where I spend my money, and it's always a nice feeling when you work with a business that understands what it means to build relationships instead of tear them down when issues arise. That is even more important when it's something in the trades like this. You can run into a million different snafu's with anything that has to deal with your home. We ran into a few issues with my installation, but he made sure everything was right.

I brought my wedding dress to Day in Whyte for alterations. Kalia was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire processed. I felt like she was my personal hype woman! For my dress, we widened the leg slit, changed the sleeves to a more droopy/romantic off the shoulder look, added extra hooks to the inner seatbelt strap, and of course hemmed the bottom and added a simple bustle. At what was supposed to be my final fitting, I wanted the sleeves changed a little more. This was accommodated and everything was still completed on time and looked great. I would definitely recommend other future brides to Day in Whyte. Thank you!!

Matt saved the day! I had a circuit breaker switch break on me during some switch upgrades, on a Saturday. Matt came over immediately to verify and remedy the problem. I'm back in business now! Jen gets a good look at what work you need to have done and then she has a list of qualified professionals that are experts in painting, carpentry, and whatever types of expertise is needed. She brought a small army of contactors by my place mostly at the same time so they could walk around and provide quotes to her.I was having the entire inside of my place painted as well as some major reconstruction of damaged and destroyed drywall areas. In between the original quote and the start date of the job, I had an issue where the guest room downstairs flooded from a broken shower pipe upstairs and the closet was completely destroyed by ServPro because they needed to get to where the water damage was and fix/dry it. I immediately contacted Jen who promptly got contractors out their to re-quote the job to include the repair of the guest room closet.The contractor we went with for everything was Estrella Painting. Highly recommend. Sandie has a lot of experience and does an amazing job at targeting your specific trouble spots. She also had great feedback on how to reduce muscle strain while working at a desk full time. You get a FULL hour of massage time. It seems like a lot of places I have been to recently, count the settling in and dressing time as part of the massage time. Sandie does not do this. It is a full hour of actual massage.

I have the curse of straight, asian lashes and the lash lift CURLS them! This is with mascara on but I love how dramatic they look. I wake up and don’t have to curl them. This review is solely based off a customer service and initial evaluation of my problem.
I contracted them on a Tuesday morning. Didn’t think I would hear from them for at minimum a day as they’re a larger company. However, I was pleased to see a message from them an hour or so later. I was able to have someone come later that day too! I was like “wow, that’s nice!” I was directly informed of the dispatch fee which I liked upfront. Do I think it was worth the amount? That’s a different review. I was in a pinch so I didn’t care that it was just over $100 at this point. I wanted to know if this was going to be a fire hazard problem.
When Junior got here, he was nice, friendly, helpful, and efficient. I threw him for a loop because I forgot to mention my fans had lights and he didn’t have the immediate equipment with him. He said “I’ll be back, I got to grab something and another person” he was gone 4mins maybe? Came back with a ladder and another human named Trevor/Tyler/Travis (?sorry I can’t remember your name).
These guys cleaned out bathroom exhaust fans and fixed the obnoxious loud sound. They told me I would be fine for a little bit while decided if I wanted to actually replace them. They gave me quotes on if they fixed it with their equipment or if I supplied the custom fan and they fixed it. Still pretty pricey but I appreciated they told me where to look and what size I needed to find.
Overall they’re great and totally upfront about everything. I appreciate the honesty.

We’ve had a water softener installed, leaking sewer pipe fixed, outdoor faucet replaced, garbage disposal installed, leaky toilet fixed, and old piping replaced under a crawl space. He’s also done the gas lines in two homes for new stoves.
Everything went as explained to us. He called enroute to advise us of his estimated time of arrival. He was prompt, efficient and answered our questions. Overall, we were very pleased.

This company performed better than fantastic!!! Scheduling and getting an estimate for the cost of my clean was super easy. And, I could determine what parts of my house I wanted cleaned. Flor and Luis were assigned to my house, and they, too, did an excellent job! When they left and I looked around I was thoroughly impressed! I felt like a was living in a completely different house; an extremely clean and spotless home.
And there were unexpected niceties, like tissue flowers on top of every Kleenex box, a fresh roll of toilet paper on every holder with a toilet paper flower attached, garbage bags lining in every garage can, and all towels were folded beautifully. Everything glistened and sparkled!!!
I'm having them come once a month and I can't wait for their return. I can't imagine how anyone would be disappointed if they received the same service I did.

We typically do not like spending money on non-critical costs such as outsourcing house cleaning, but free time has been hard to come by and the house needed a more thorough cleaning than our superficial day to day cleaning. We are very happy with the result of the cleaning and feel it was money well spent. Lupita and her team were friendly, thorough, and efficient. It felt great to walk in the house after a long day of work and immediately recognize the cleanliness. We highly recommend using their services for anyone looking to outsource cleaning.

JW Remodeling just finished the remodel of our master bath and powder room. It was fantastic working with them and we are very pleased with the finished baths. Their team was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Each team member took time to greet us and our dog, which it made it much easier when they came again and again each day. We had one little issue with some tile work and Matt, with Tile Specialists, (contracted by JW), came the very next day and fixed it. No issues. Our designer, Lindsey, was easy to work with, kept us updated on the timing of the job and brought great ideas. I highly recommend them.

We have been living in our home built by Miller Custom Homes for almost 5 years. We unfortunately plan to move soon and it is becoming bittersweet because I truly love our home. Thinking about our future move triggered this review because we have never had one issue with our home build - none whatsoever. I’ve heard many of our neighbors have leaky windows, crooked windows, siding that needs replacing, etc.We worked with Jim who was wonderful. I would build with Miller Custom Homes on repeat. Honestly, I am usually not a fan of dentists. However, this entire practice has been a godsend for me! Dr Martin and his team of Claire, Karissa, & Michelle have been absolutely incredible!!! I honestly didn't know a dental practice could be like this, but I'm so glad I found one!
Great customer service and wonderful care. Going to the dentist isn’t always everyone’s favorite, but know you have a great team in place here for when you do have to have dental care

I've seen Dr. Rob for over 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. His entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and treats you like family. Plus, the high quality of care he gives and the knowledge he brings on taking better care of your health is top notch.

Dr. Mike Bollig is absolutely incredible - he is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and so kind. I have chronic back pain and always leave his office feeling so much relief. I feel cared for, heard, and he takes his time explaining everything. I highly recommend him and this office. I can always get in within a day or two. It’s hard to find this level of professionalism and genuine care these days, so thank you all so much!!
Very friendly and attentive staff. The doctor was very interested in our gsd girl, gave her a good checkup and made sure she was comfortable during her shots and quick nail clipping. I was told about everything that was being done. I trust this veterinary clinic and staff.

Everyone is so caring. I recently switched to this vet after many years at a different location. Their response time is amazing. As an added bonus, what they charge is at least 50% less than what I was paying. Top notch!
Love love this place. Dr. Kim is beyond amazing as is Dr. Beth. I will not take my animals anywhere else. I love the front end with the customer service (my people) I enjoy everytime I bring my animals in. The caring and love they show, not only with the knowledge that they keep up with but with the relationship they have with the animals they treat. I have the most respect for them.
I just left Anna for a 60 minute massage. It was my first time here, but have had plenty of massages in the past. This was by far the best massage I've ever received. I will return!!
Highly recommend. Sandie has a lot of experience and does an amazing job at targeting your specific trouble spots. She also had great feedback on how to reduce muscle strain while working at a desk full time. You get a FULL hour of massage time. It seems like a lot of places I have been to recently, count the settling in and dressing time as part of the massage time. Sandie does not do this. It is a full hour of actual massage.
The ladies do a great job. They all seem to find the tightness in my lower neck/upper spine and get me feeling great
So far I've had 2 massages with 2 different therapists. Both have been excellent. I look forward to my next massage.
Good massages, very reasonably priced. I have been there alone and with my girlfriend. The staff is always kind and hard work. The staff often has limited English ability, so texting might be a better way to set up appointments.

Convenient location. Excellent tutoring for multiple choice permit test. In person and online (hybrid) and online only is available. We can give the permit test here or at DMV. All concepts are explained clearly during class. I failed the permit test thrice before I joined hybrid classes and then got my learners permit. Behind the wheel is very good too. Knowledgeable and patient teacher. Many convenient timing slots are available with ample time in between for practice.
I had a wonderful experience at this school lots of awesome instructors and had a great time learning Both Jim’s Jon and Scott was great guys and was very helpful I highly recommend this school proud to say I went to this school to get my class A CDL
