Tom did an outstanding job on our wood flooring. We had a hickory floor installed 17 years ago on half of the main floor of our home. It was time to refinish. We had Tom install hickory throughout the remainder 2 rooms on the main floor and then he finished the entire main floor. It was amazing to see how he weaved in the new with the old without any trace of evidence that there is old and new. He is a skilled artisan in his profession and we would hire him to do any wood flooring. He is professional and responds to phone calls and emails promptly. We have tried for a couple of years to find somebody in the Eagle River Wisconsin area to refinish our custom Hickory floors. The only people that were available were sketchy at best and couldn't even come to look at the floors for an estimate for months and months. I saw Tom's reviews on Google and immediately knew that he was a superior Craftsman. Unfortunately he's four or five hours away from my home. We were able to negotiate a contract, however and I am so pleased with everything about the work that he did.
