I’ve gone there three times now. I’ve worked with a Sam every time I’ve gone. They try hard to give you good prices. I do appreciate what he did for me today. He worked with me to stay in my limit but maintain the high quality of everything. Unfortunately I do believe I gave him more cash than I meant to and he didn’t say anything about it. Regardless they have done well for me. I hope he realizes I gave him more and let’s me know. That is the reason I haven’t given them five stars.
I stopped into the Sturtevant WM and I was going to pick up an Rx and then head to another business to get my Iphone 14 screen replaced because it was cracked. As I was walking out the door I noticed the I fix and Repair kiosk and decided to stop in. I talked to Sam and showed him my phone. He quoted me a fair price and said it would take about 15 minutes.He returned the phone to me in about 12 minutes and it looked and worked as new, I was very happy with the repair, price and the customer service. My daughter had an issue with her S23 not charging ?. She was angry. I had previously spoken to a gentleman at the counter at ifixandrepair, he seemed credible to me. I asked him to look at my daughters phone and he said the charging port was the issue. He gave me a good price so I immediately said yes. He said 10 minutes but it was more like 5 minutes. He and his brother were very kind and priced well. 2-14-2024 was the date I was there, and I highly recommend them.P Strass
