“This morning, 8/13/24, Collin from Keystone came to my house to replace a capacitor on my AC unit. The night before, I noticed the AC unit didn’t sound right when I turned it on, so I called Keystone and left a message that something was wrong. I received a call this morning at 7:30 telling me that a tech was on the way! Today, 4/30/24, Greg from Keystone, came to the house for my annual furnace and AC tune up. Greg was professional, on time, polite, respectful and knowledgeable regarding tuning up my furnace and AC unit. My furnace needed a new hose and he was able to replace that for me for a small extra cost, which was important to me as keeping my home and it’s mechanicals in good working order is a top priority. He explained everything he did and why, I appreciate that! Thank you Greg, and Keystone, for another year of exceptional service! :>)

Today, 7/13/22, Adam from Keystone came for the annual check up & tune up of my Heating & AC. He called before arriving & gave me an ETA, was on time, professional, polite, friendly & informed me of what he had done & how my furnace & AC unit are performing. Continued great service!
