These guys were in Louisiana shortly after Hurricane Ida made landfall addressing the damage this storm caused to several of our facilities. From our initial conversation with Brian, to setting up the appointment with Lynn, to the technicians that came to the house; we were overly impressed with their professionalism. Jon, Evan, and Simon were punctual, courteous, meticulous and worked so diligently that they were able to finish the job in one day. The quality and care that they put into the job was easy to see. Cassity Tree Service are excellent! I had a concern regarding a tree and Cassity came out and provided their proposal. They have great customer service as their staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me to understand the issue with the tree and what my options were. The removal of the tree was done very well, taking precautions to ensure their cuts were controlled and to not damage nearby structures. They cleaned the area up very well too. I found out they do other services as well and based on their excellent quality of work and care, I will definitely be reaching out to them to improve other aspects of my yard and landscape.

I’ve gone there three times now. I’ve worked with a Sam every time I’ve gone. They try hard to give you good prices. I do appreciate what he did for me today. He worked with me to stay in my limit but maintain the high quality of everything. Unfortunately I do believe I gave him more cash than I meant to and he didn’t say anything about it. Regardless they have done well for me. I hope he realizes I gave him more and let’s me know. That is the reason I haven’t given them five stars.
