“There were a few glitches with equipment arrival and why my appointment was delayed (got 2 different stories) and then an oversight in the installation which was rectified the next day. I was told I would be compensated on my invoice (which was a pleasant unsolicited offer) but then I was charged the full amount.
The install guys were very nice and professional and the main office person was a great mediator between what was going on in the office/delivery and onsite.“
