Had to have our dog put to sleep and the people here were outstanding. Very caring and sympathetic. Sent us a nice card signed by everybody there. Really appreciated there caring sympathy.

I've seen all three vets at this clinic over the years, and each and every one is so friendly and compassionate. Everyone at the front desk is great too. Prices are reasonable.

Our two very elderly cats with multiple serious health conditions have been seen at this clinic for the past almost eight years. All of the vets (we have seen all four during this time period) have been kind, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and extraordinarily compassionate, and the staff members are all personable and great with animals. We have also had two dogs owned by other family members seen by the doctors here and are equally pleased by the care they received. The office always calls the next day to check on the animal that has been seen for a problem other than routine checkups or shots. When one of our two aged cats recently died at home, everyone at the clinic was incredibly kind when we delivered her for cremation services (offsite) and sent us lovely sympathy cards afterwards. You should be aware that this is not a 24/7 emergency facility, and they are closed Sundays--just like your doctor's office--but they provide referrals to these type facilities in Green Bay and Appleton if needed. They even referred us several years ago to a specialist in Madison for one of our pets who had a complex condition. We think the world of this clinic and its people!
