I had a service call on my well they were able to fit me in the same day. This was a problem that could have stemmed from several scenarios yet they were able to find what was causing the problem and were very prompt at fixing it. Explained to me what the problem was, answered all my questions walked me through what I needed to throughout the day. Excellent customer service! Stratford Plumbing & Heating is the most friendly, knowledgeable and professional company and offer so many different services. They have been to my home several times and ALWAYS, from the start of my call to the end of the job, every single person has been amazing!! Today I called EARLY in the morning with sump pump issues and the woman that answered was super nice, asked what the issue was and said she would have someone assigned to come asap this morning and about an hour later, I was so happy to see the Stratford Plumbing and Heating truck pull in my driveway!! Had a great experience working with this company. We had a few delays due to weather, but they worked with us to get everything scheduled. The crew guys did fantastic work and kept us up to date with everything and relayed any issues that occurred. Everything looked good and new holding tank installed. My mother was happy with the work.
