We received three bids to replace our old air conditioner and furnace. Mike, at Olson Heating, provided the most detailed explanation of the equipment and the process. He also gave us the best price. On installation day, the crew was on-time, super polite (funny!), efficient and really considerate about noise and clean up. We contacted Mike the day after the installation about a minor issue. It was resolved early the next morning. It's clear great service and integrity are priorities for Mike and his team.
