“Classes are wonderful. The posture selections always seem to be what my body and mind needs. I have taken classes for several years and participated in all of the various classes as many times a week as my schedule allows. He assists in modifying to meet my specific needs. Breathing and mindful focusing are always included for a balance of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I have recently moved out of Stevens Point and really miss the classes!“
