We had your company come clean our carpet on Friday, Aug. 4, 2023. The staff that showed up was very professional and polite, and on time. The carpet looks wonderful, it was quick and looked great afterwards. It was an excellent service and I would definitely call them again for more services in the future.
Highly recommend the services PuroClean offers! We had a finished basement that was soaked from a cracked pipe, and I cannot say enough good things about how the entire situation was managed. The crew showed up about 20 minutes after I called them to start drying the area out, they worked directly with my insurance adjuster and coordinated all of the contractors required to repair the area. During a fairly stressful time, they took it into their own hands. The entire crew was top notch professional, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t specifically call out Rosa and her management of the entire case. Thank you for everything!
I got in a tough situation with a wet house and landlords who weren’t as helpful as I’d hoped, and Puroclean helped me out immensely. They came in for a moisture inspection and they went above and beyond what I expected; went through the entire house and attic and even asked about ductwork which I hadn’t thought of. I’m so grateful for someone who listened and cared! This is a trustworthy company who cares about their customers. 5 stars.
