Sales staff very helpful but that's where it ended. Very unprofessional installer you can see every seam. We brought this to their attention took forever to get back to us, finally the owner came out to look at the job, said he would have installer come back and fix the seams never heard another word. I wouldn't want the same guy to come out anyway after all he screwed it up the first time. I will not go back to them again nor will I recommend them to anyone !! Since writing this review the store has sent Mark out to repair the seams he agreed it was not seamed right the first time. Very pleased with our newfloors, Melissa was great in helping us pick out the floor and advising us in preparation for the install and Damien was awesome with the installation doing meticulous work. Highly recommend!
