I got stranded at Menards in Plover when my battery and my brakes failed. Called my Insurance Road Side Assistance line and they called Johnsons. Insurance told me it would be about an hour before he could get there. 15 minutes later he called and said he was close and would be right there. He showed up loaded up my truck and he also brought me and my G/F buy my house on the way to the the shop we were taking it to so I could pick up my other vehicle. He didn't have to do that. He was kind and went out of his way for us. I offered him a "Tip" and he refused it. Highly recommend Johnsons for all your towing needs.
Thanks so much to Benji Gaboda for taking care of Kasia Wojciehoski this a.m. As soon as the multiple car wreck occurred on I-39, he was on his way. He was one of the first to get there and got her home safely. Fortunately, Kasia has no major injuries and survived a very scary motor vehicle accident!
OMG Johnson Towing of Steven's Point are absolutely amazing!!! Originally we called the phone number for road side assistance on the back of our card because we thought we had to call that number for the claim, and my goodness what a bunch of half wits they were! We we spent over a half hour trying to explain where we were located and I don't know what County the lady was from, but she had NO IDEA of where we were located and you couldn't understand here as she sounded like she had marbles in her mouth. We gave her precise directions and she still had no idea. After being totally frustrated with her, and telling her to forget about it, we called this amazing company by the name of Johnson Towing of Steven's Point. They truly are AMAZING!! We were 1.5 hours from home and called them after we got off the phone with the roadside assistance knuckleheads from the number on our State Farm insurance card. We told Johnson Towing where we were ONE time, and they knew exactly where the truck was located. My husband had picked me up because we had to leave the truck. Well, as remarkably as it is, they almost beat us home and we had a 25 minuet head start. I HIGHLY recommend this company and I will certainly recommend them to all of my relatives that live in that area as well. KUDOS TO JOHNSON TOWING OF STEVEN'S POINT! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
