Ramona goes above and beyond to ensure each of her customers are looking and feeling their best. Not only does she serve the adult population, but she also works with children. My daughter was nervous to get her hair done. Ramona went above and beyond to put my daughters nerves at ease. She explained everything prior to doing, she established a relationship with her, and gave her a luxurious shampoo prior to cutting. My daughter loves having her hair braided, Ramona went above and beyond to braid her hair and make her feel beautiful! I highly recommend Ramona, she's fabulous 👌
