Missy is a WONDERFUL person, excellent facilities. I had to be gone unexpectedly for a family emergency for an uncertain amount of time and she worked with me and accomodated my needs. With everything I had going on not having to worry about my 4 month old puppy was priceless. She truly cares about your pet so you can rest assure they are in excellent hands.

We had our sweet old man farm dog bathed & groomed. Even though he has some health issues, they were able to clean him up, trim his aussie hair and make him look like a puppy again! He feels so much better. Thanks Shadyside! We appreciate your helping with our elderly dog!

What a lifesaver for our Duke. We were traveling to see The House on the Rock and it was 90 degrees outside. No place to lidge our dog. We called the wonderful people at Shadyside and Duke had a safe, cool place to relax. We thank you, Shadyside, for your service and very reasonable price.God Bless
