Erica has been taking care of Emma for us for years now when we travel. She is such a great communicator and Emma is always so happy to see her! She always goes above and beyond whenever we book with her. Would recommend to anyone!
I have an older yellow lab. Erica is awesome with taking care of him. She has ramps installed so he doesn’t have to do stairs. When I arrive, he is happy and wagging his tail when she greets him. Erica goes out of her way to make sure he is comfortable. She is tentative to all his needs and makes him feel like part of her family. She updates me with pictures of him while he is there. I have no worries when I drop him off. I know he is in good hands.
Erica does an awesome job taking care of my Blu while I am at work. Walking, playing, training and providing loving treatment. She goes the extra mile, and I would highly recommend Hills and Hounds to all!
