So far great experiences with B&B. Have always completed service quickly, especially when our water heater went out - they were out the same day I called to replace it. I found a leak in my hot water heater Tues evening. I called them Wednesday morning when they opened, got a price quote and availability of times. Called 5 more places to price check .returned their phonQee call & they came Wednesday afternoon. New tank was installed and we had hot water by 4pm.
