Finally, a contractor that understands the process. As an estimator, Sam knows the concepts of construction. There's an order and a timing that must be followed for a successful final product, and Sam gets that. The crew was great, they produced quality craftsmanship, they were respectful of mine and my neighbor's property, they communicated issues that arose, and they cleaned the site at the end of each workday. The best part was the installation of the LP Smart Side was installed correctly, where unlike some other contractors I have hired, I didn't need to follow after them and fix their mistakes.
Sam and his team was great to work with. He helped guide me through the insurance process as this was my first time dealing with a big insurance claim. He answered all of my questions and was there when the adjuster was on site to make sure nothing was missed. They replaced our siding, roof, and gutters and they did it very quickly.
