“We have had our floor drain back up every year around Fall. Clog Un Boggler is the only company so far to show up, and not only fix the clog, but then took time to explain what they found, and what they believe the issue is.
That by itself amazed me, but then I went downstairs to put the laundry room back together, and I notice, they had written on our main line, the date, the length of the line, and where they found the obstruction ( tree roots)
I was blown away that they'd care so much for the technician that came behind them, they left a note for them... Needless to say when/if it happens we will be calling them back.
The techs were nice, clean cut, and were in and out. I was actually a little concerned with how fast they were, but so far our drain is working perfectly again!
