From the moment I walked in and until I took my last step out the door I was given the most superb experience you could ask for. My artist Michelle was great at communicating and walking me through the game plan for a tattoo I was pretty nervous to get, She was able to alter the original stencil she had drawn to my liking on the spot faster than any artist I’ve worked with making things as simple as possible. I also had the pleasure of meeting the shop owner Ava who was very welcoming and after seeing some of her impressive portfolio I hope to work with her in the future. This will be the first of many visits to Black cat tattoo studio and I would highly recommend their services to anyone I know.

Jerry was amazing and truly went above and beyond to help us get our new baseboard heaters and thermostats wired correctly. We are remodeling a condo to turn it into an investment property. To keep costs down we decided to try to wire the baseboard heaters and thermostats ourselves. Jerry gave us some tips over the phone on how to do the wiring at no cost. We called him two more times to ask questions and he was always willing to talk with us. Finally, we needed his help as we couldn't get all of the heaters and thermostats to turn on. We contacted Jerry this past weekend for additional questions. He took the time while he was deer hunting to answer our questions and set-up a time to meet today. He came over and had to re-do everything we had done while explaining what he was doing and why. We learned a lot from Jerry. We would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him. I got my hair cut here today and all I can say is absolutely professional service! Lori took care of my hair and was extremely friendly and informative about any question I had about my hair! Our pump went out and they were out same day but it was too late in the day to replace it and there were some complications (structure around the well head that had to be removed to get to it). They left a water tank for us to water our farm animals with overnight! Such great and friendly service. Highly recommend.

BRS did an awesome job with my roof. Not only did he work tirelessly with my insurance company for my roof but also got our garage doors replaced after a hefty storm. They were extremely professional and also personable. We have an inground pool so I was worried about roof debris/nails getting into that area and everything was cleaned up immaculately.
