He was the lowest bid out of 3 in the area, his communication was good at first but left a bit to be desired after that. What should have been a 2-3 day process spanned over a week of them continuing to come back to do small tasks. I had a party planned to use the garage and they just barely completed in time to use it, with lots of hounding on my end. The work was decent, I get the condition of the concrete is mostly what determines the end result but I would appreciate a bit more prep work to have a higher quality result. We just had our second floor done by RI Floor Epoxy. The first floor was done in the summer of 2022. We love the appearance and that it is not at all slippy even when wet. It is very easy to keep clean. The salt and sand from the winter didn’t hurt the floor at all. RI did such a good job that we decided to ask him to do the garage floor at our cottage up north. Mike agreed and sent his employee Spencer. Spencer spent three days up north installing our floor. He was a perfectionist. He has an eye for detail and checked and double checked each step of the process to make sure everything was perfect. He could not have done a better job. The floor is impressive.... read full review

I can't thank you and your team enough for the project you completed for us recently. We were in a bind when the other company we hired came in and within 45 seconds said "We can't do this" and then walked out. We were devastated to say the least. We were in a severe pinch because we did not know where to turn. Coincidentally, our painter saw the other company's workers come in and promptly leave but told us to call you. That day you came out, gave us a quote and bailed us out of our mess. We didn't have time to research your team or recent projects but trusted you to tackle this project.
