Daniels Plumbing & Heating Inc. provides outstanding customer service and great communication. The team goes above and beyond, driving long distances and working through challenges to restore heat and complete installations promptly. They are able and willing to work through issues, thoroughly checking everything and monitoring the results. The office staff are very pleasant and helpful. Customers describe the work as great and incredible, noting the company went out of their way to help, even on a holiday weekend. Services include water heater installation and boiler repair.
Had Daniels replace/relocate water heater and install new water tank/pump at our cabin. Great communication and support from Jeremy and his team. Few bumps w/ delivery and startup not related to Daniels but they were able and willing to work through the challenges. Great work!Services: Water heater installation
Outstanding Customer ServiceOn Christmas Eve morning I noticed that my heat was not keeping up with the temperature set. Being hundreds of miles away for the holiday, I reached out to Jeremy. He and Mike responded immediately, driving long distances, and were able to restore the heat to the correct level. Over several hours of thoroughly checking everything inside and out. Then they monitored it for a few hours more. I can't thank them enough for all their travel and work at my home - and on the holiday weekend! Incredible!!
Daniels went above and beyond when my furnace broke down in the middle of December. Very personable and professional assistance. Each product and installation plan was specifically discussed, and we chose the best plan for my home and budget. Daniels worked with my fuel company so that I wasn't the middle man, and my calls were always immediately responded to.
Installation accommodated my integrated wood burner system. The former home owner was a major DIY, to include furnace installation. Even the wood burner had a helter-skelter MOD system. Everything was corrected, updated, and upgraded, and included in the original purchase and installation price.
