Angel did a great job today!! He was very professional, friendly, respectful, and appeared to know exactly what he was doing. The time window we were given was between 8 a.m.- noon and he was a bit late however, Rosenthal H&C kept us informed. Usually they are within the appointment time range so it wasn't a huge deal. The technicians always text to say they are on their way with an ETA. We continue to get great service from this company and will continue to use them.
