Woke up Sunday to my daughter cutting her own hair. After calling nearly all of the salons in Milwaukee county that were open looking for a last minute appointment, I came up empty handed.....until Nancy at the Establishment called me back later on that day to tell me that Shannon had a last minute cancellation and now opening to take her. I didn't leave my number with Nancy nor did I ask her to call me if there was a cancellation! Shannon worked an absolute miracle and charged us a reduced rate (I suppose because my daughter had done part of the cut herself)! That's service!!

I come to the establishment and see Katie (Sanborn) for Balayage every 6-8 months. She consistently eats and leaves NO crumbs. From the tone to the blend, I walk out of the salon feeling like I dropped $1000 on my color. If you are a brunette and want to go lighter or blonde I highly, highly recommend booking with her.
I went to Kenzie. I wanted a new cut and difference in the color for the upcoming school year. I was offered a teaching position in a school I always wanted to teach for! I showed Kenzie a couple Pinterest boards I had created of hair colors and haircuts. It turned out beautifully! I am so exited! Thank you, Kenzie! You are the best.
