“Finding a massage therapist you can trust and come back to with the same outcome or even better is difficult. It took me a couple years but when I found Kate back in 2021 that all changed. Meta Massage & Bodywork is my #1 massage place. I always recommend it to my friends and family, and anyone else looking for a similar experience. The versatility is one of my favorite parts, from cupping, tummy massages (sun and moon), reflexology, and all the messages of course + more you'll have no problem finding what you need. Not only do I leave satisfied but I leave with more knowledge and understanding of what's going on with my body. I've been seeing Kate 4 going on 5 years now and I've seen Rose a few times a well :)

I booked a massage here in the dead of winter a few years back and holy cow it was the best massage I have gotten in years. I can’t wait to go back now that I have found the location again! “They have package deals available for purchase, and they also have a massage school in-house, so you can sometimes score discounted student massages. Every therapist I've had has been amazing. One point to make is, since they are in the basement of the bank building. Once the bank closes, they sometimes lock the doors to the whole building and you may have a hard time getting in. Really wish the bank or building owner would make the offices more accessible to the other tenants during off hours. Not Reiki's fault.“
