I can't wait to book my next appointment. I originally booked thinking I'd get a massage like I've had at other places, but Mark works with you to get to the root of your pain, and is super communicative the whole way through, coaching you on stuff you can do outside of the appointment to improve your body. It's a little massage, and a little physical therapy.
