I couldn't wait to get home to show my boyfriend so I took these photos in the car!!Lynn and I worked together a few times before the actual appointment so she could analyze the health of my box-color-treated hair and make sure everything was going to turn out perfectly the day I came in to get this totally new look! “Woke up Sunday to my daughter cutting her own hair. After calling nearly all of the salons in Milwaukee county that were open looking for a last minute appointment, I came up empty handed.....until Nancy at the Establishment called me back later on that day to tell me that Shannon had a last minute cancellation and now opening to take her. I didn't leave my number with Nancy nor did I ask her to call me if there was a cancellation! Shannon worked an absolute miracle and charged us a reduced rate (I suppose because my daughter had done part of the cut herself)! That's service!!
