“Hugh and the staff at Max Sass were kind and caring. They were empathetic towards our needs. They were efficient and continued to check on my well being after the death of my fiancé.“
“Mr. Williamson served my family with great care. I will always love him for taking care of us with dignity and love. Thank you, Mr. Leon Williamson.“
“After the very unexpected death of my child, the individuals at Goodman-Bensen provided much needed competence and compassion! Unlike my experience with the bureaucracy of the hospital Debra and Tom were on top of every detail and helped move the ball forward when other people were dropping it, including when it was well outside what they would normally assist with. When are officiant was unable to get to the funeral home due to inclement weather Debra stepped in and did an amazing job with the service! While this is obviously a review I never wanted to write I cannot recommend Goodman-Benson highly enough!“
“Max Sass Funeral Home was extremely helpful in caring for my deceased relative and myself. Sara Guza was especially helpful in describing the process and in checking on my grief. I highly recommend them.“
“This is the first time I have written a review. Zwaska Funeral and owner Michael made the passing of my Mother much easier to deal with. We live in a world of sale people who push to sell you things you don't need. In a time of grief the last thing you need is to feel like you have been taken advantage of. Michael went over and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met with out busting our budget. I would highly recommend Zwaska Funeral home.“
“Mowing could be done more carefully.I'll never get over seeing grave after grave in the veteran section where the bronze vases were stolen, most likely to sell for scrap metal. It's pathetic. AND the cemetery didn't even tell my family about it. Security measures would be nice.“
“Thank you Jay,Shannon and everyone from the funeral home that made my Dad’s visitation a remarkable experience, Dad looked very peaceful . Our family recommends your funeral home to provide respect and compassionate care for our love ones.“
“The staff was professional, yet personable. Thank you for the gentle guidance during such a challenging time for our family!“
“Absolutely breathtaking. This is one of my all time favorite cemeteries. Feels like you’re visiting 10 different cemeteries all in one place.“
“Members of 4 generations of Greinke and Kerlin families are resting at Woodlawn Cemetery; including Arthur Kerlin who was the first casualty from Cudahy of World War I and the namesake of American Legion Post #16. Every Memorial Day since his internment at Woodlawn in the early 1920s, the Legionnaires have performed a morning ceremony at the graveside, including a benediction, laying of flowers and the playing of TAPS. In the early years they had a volley, 21 gun salute.
For Memorial Day, 1999, there was a graveside commentation of the 80th Anniversary of the founding of Legion Post #16. Then Congressman, Tom Barrett presented Arthur's medals, including his Purple Heart to the family, which in turn, given to the Post, was donated to the Cudahy Public Library for permanent display.“
“Don Marshall was wonderful. Detailed, friendly and supportive. Made the process extremely pleasant and comfortable. I would recommend Church and Chapel to anyone.“
“John and his team have been simply wonderful every step of the way since losing my Mother. There’s a reason the Milwaukee Medical Examiners Office directed me to them. I’m from Detroit and my mother’s lived in Milwaukee for the past twenty-plus years. It’s so difficult to lose anyone, let alone trying to have remains taken care of and brought home across state lines when you can’t physically be there. I’ve been provided such clear guidance and help when I needed it the most! Really appreciate all they’ve done!“
“After my mom had passed away in Indianapolis, IN in 2021, Dan and Mike made the process of transporting her up to Mukwonago, WI for a memorial service.
Dan and Mike also made everything easy for me to understand. They worked within my budget and helped me out by providing me with a reasonable payment schedule for the services rendered. I highly recommend Bruskiewitz Funeral Home.“
“My husband and I went to visit my parents and My Brother who are buried at Wood National Cemetery on August 8, I hadn’t been to see them since they were buried over 20+ years ago. I had no idea where to look for a main entrance or an office to find help with where they were.
We followed our GPS, and it took us to a memorial… we saw someone in a golf cart, that turned out to be Nathan Peters, who looked up where my family members were buried and took us to the graves. He was very polite, informational and very kind. He made sure our visit was complete.
Then showed us how to get out of the complex.
Since I hadn’t been back to see my brother (passed in 1985) or my parents (1995 & 1999) it took me a minute to compose myself. Nathan was very respectful and caring.
Thank you for this wonderful employee who knew exactly how to make my visit happen.“
“I utilized Krause for my daughter’s cremation and service after attending a visitation there. I was impressed with the facility and staff, and made an appointment to discuss our families needs. My expectations were exceeded by each person I encountered. I found the attention to detail, anticipation of needs and follow through uncommon. All targets set and commitments made to us were met. A point of contact was clearly identified and easily accessible through various forms of communication. Friends and family attending the service have been very vocal in their praise. The “after service” check ins and references have assisted me in working through my sorrow and sadness. I am thankful I selected their team.“
“I want to thank Paradise for the outstanding service that was held for my brother William Conley. The director Mr. Marcel Clarke and their staff provided my family with with an amazing turnout in such sort notice. Everyone was very empathetic, understanding, and professional in my time of need. I will return for any additional services my family may need in the future.
Highly recommended 10/10“
“My Uncle “Duffy” Clyde Rymer died last week. How do I find out about the details of the funeral and where it is being held at when the GOOGLE EARTH photograph attached to the website page of Smith & Bartlett funeral home is a photograph of a yellow crane digging a new Highway?Five stars for the vague afterlife photo reference.AER.“
“Thank you to Reid's New Golden Gate Funeral Home for making my Aunt JoAnn Kulmore's service for special. I was so pleased with the service and attention to detail. Thank you so much from the family and friends. Danielle DePriest.“
“Our family had a wonderful experience with this company and how they handled my Dad's cremation and celebration of life. Robert Sr. and staff are compassionate and caring and helped us through the entire process. Prices were reasonable and they had many options for urns, flowers, etc. Highly recommend!“
“We went here and did a tour of the old crematorium. Neat, historical building. So much history. Very cool“
“Beautiful staff! The levels of compassion and care are more than I could have asked for during an extremely difficult time in our lives. I have trusted NFC for more than 20 years of professional and loving service to my family.“
“This is one of the most recommended funeral homes I use or recommend my family and friends to use. Jim is a very loving and humble caring man.who definitely treat everyone like family. And his staff are very professional and caring.it's definitely a smaller business but when u leave u leave In peace like it was a bigger fancy home..I definitely would want my services done at Witkowiak..“
“The staff at Valhalla are excellent. The grounds are not kept up the best. I can understand the challenge of trying to keep the litter off the grounds from the surrounding neighborhood. But the gigantic potholes in the roads within the cemetery, are terrible. I don't understand why they don't repair them.“
“Good Hope Cemetery is a great place for your final resting place. The cemetery is medium size with a beautiful, serene landscape. The area is well maintained. They also offer crosses for sale to display on Easter and wreaths for Christmas. They have a stunning gathering room equipped to host 100 people. Miles of smooth pathway navigate you around the cemetery to your destination or just on a leisurely walk in a beautiful place. Definitely recommend.“
“I am truly grateful for the exceptional customer service and kindness provided by Marco, Cassie, and their team. Over a 6 month period, I lost my father and both of my sisters. Marco coordinated all three funerals. I was truly impressed by his responsiveness and attention to detail. I highly recommend Marco, Cassie and their team at Feerick.“
