i had gone there for awhile being I had three dogs but as time went on I fell behind in my bill! They are sticklers for getting their money cuz if they don't they won't see your dog even in a desperate time of need! my lab needed to be euthanized and because I hadn't caught up on my bill they turned me away! Made me take her to a unfamiliar place that she didn't know! They dont care about anything but getting their money!
Been going here for years and i really thought they cared but they don’t! Just because I owe money on a previous bill they won’t put my dog down! My dog is really bad and This place is the only thing she knows and feels safe but I was told my account is locked and that they won’t see me! Now I’m forced to bring her to a place she doesn’t know and is far away! Money Money Money! That’s all they care about ! How bout having a heart and not worrying about my past bill for just 15 minutes so that this girl doesn’t have to go thru it? Way to go Northern lakes vet! So if your looking for a vet that cares, THIS ISNT THE ONE!
Dog had seizure, can't walk, yet expected to just walk in on leash or be carried...Dog is not friendly! All person would still be in contact, office lady, vet tech, and vet doc. Don't waste your time, find someone who will have common sense, and treat your pet when there is an emergency!
