Pick up times have been more consistent than in the past. Wonder if it has ever been discussed to have a available a two week schedule for garbage as you do for recycled pick up. As retired people we have at the most 2 bags of garbage each week. It would make much more sense than picking up 1 bag of garbage the majority of the time. Please discuss this with your management. I'm sure there are many households that are in the situation. The reduced cost would be very helpful. Thanks for your attention in this matter.
Easy online sign up. WM kept me up to date via both text and email as to the time line things were going to happen. Their timeline was absolutely correct. I love that WM is so environmentally committed.WM has done an excellent job since I signed up for there service 6 months ago. This is by far the easiest company work with, they keep me informed about pickup time, holiday changes and are always on schedule. I chose the monthly automatic payment method. I get a monthly statement that “clearly states” that it will automatically be processed and I don’t need to anything. $40 Dollars minimum fee if you drop off waste up to $60 for a ton of material. After that pro-rated.Would have been nice to have this information readily available on their site. Otherwise site and people are helpful.
