Update: I still enjoy my time here. I always feel relaxed and their service is always efficient. I have especially ticklish feet and they handle it goodnaturedly with the same excellent service I've come to expect here.
I've only come here a handful of time over the last couple of years but they remember me and will ask about my endeavors, etc. I've never seen any problem with cleanliness or disrespect. I always enjoy my time here!

I get my eyebrows done twice a month here and Cindy is amazing! She also did a great job at my nails. As someone who doesn't get their nails done often I wasn't sure what to get but she recommended dip and I love them! I'll be back for my eye brows but definitely for my nails! It's super clean inside and the entire staff is super friendly and fun to be around. Great experience :)
