Have been a client with Healthy paws for over 10 years and was always happy with their services. Until they expanded and then everything changed. I just tried to make an appointment to have my dog euthanized, he's very old and has been having issues for the past year. But when I spoke to them about making an appointment, they said that a vet had to give him a physical first, and then they will decide if his quality of life is poor enough to put him down. I'm sorry but that's not their call! He still has good days where he acts like a puppy. But they are getting fewer, and if I bring him in and he's having a good day, then they may decide to wait! If you're looking for a new Vet, keep looking.

The receptionists are rude as hell. Didn't sense an ounce of care or sincerity from these people. They chat amongst themselves like you're not even there, like a bunch of 11th grade girls. Extremely unprofessional. Switching vet clinics all together because I hate this place so much.

Definitely not my first choice considering when we walked in the 2 people at the front desk were talking and it came off like we weren't there. I patiently waited for a Hello, or anything else that they would consider a greeting. For us, we have never been there before so stepping in on a bad note kind of set the tone. I watched another man walk in and he got the same neglectful greeting. The vet was informative. Great female assistant she kept our pup calm and still while the vet was doing a check up. And she was extremely helpful in taking our pup out to go "poop" so that she could get a stool sample. We took all recommendations that this clinic offered for our new pup. Our appointment was at 3:30 and we left at 4:45. Not bad for a first time visit with everything we needed to get done. I just think that the staff at the front really needs to learn how to greet people when they walk in so that new people don't feel awkward. I am open to other clinics for future appointments.
