They do an excellent job! Rates are reasonable and the carpets dry quickly. Having pets and lots of foot traffic, they are able to remove stains that we could not and are very friendly and accommodating

EXCELLENT customer service. Even helped out in an 'emergent' situation. Cannot say enough about the great job they do on our carpets and the wonderful customer service. Thanks Tom & crew!!!
