“There when we needed. One time went above and beyond when small Grandchildren put matchbox cars down discharge pipe. They had just put in new hookups plumbing for new laundry area. While waiting for appliance delivery (which was 2 days late. Home Depot go figure). Neumann sent an employee over within the hour. I own a small business in Sheboygan and had a surprise inspection that resulted in a letter saying I needed to add 2 very expensive backflow prevention devises. But they then contacted the inspector on my behalf and through a lot of back and forth were able to figure out a solution that was acceptable which then brought down the cost to under $1,000.
