“There when we needed. One time went above and beyond when small Grandchildren put matchbox cars down discharge pipe. They had just put in new hookups plumbing for new laundry area. While waiting for appliance delivery (which was 2 days late. Home Depot go figure). Neumann sent an employee over within the hour.
