“I was totally impressed with Signature Dental and my first visit today with Dr. Christopher Tamsen! My family is from Sheboygan but I’m living in Chicago. I made an appointment to get a second opinion on complications involving a few developing situations. So I returned to my dental group at Signature. Dr. Tansen’s incredible expertise and masterful handling of a full exam revealed that a problem area had escalated into a full-blown infection. Tansen requested a panoramic X-ray that was extraoral in order to get a better look. Signature has invaluable in/house technology so I didn’t have to go elsewhere. Sure enough, the same Chicago dentist that was going to put a crown over the infected area was immediately detected by Dr. Tamsen, and it had crept into my sinus. He recommended a top oral surgeon in Sheboygan and I am so grateful. I got very emotional because I told him “he had saved my life”. This may have eventually entered my brain. We discussed a root canal issue and his explanation was thorough, with complete details, sound recommendations, and a suggested group of top Endodontic Specialists in Milwaukee. The third tooth Dr. Tamsen will take care in 6 months, but wants these two services performed first. I can’t believe the incredible care I received today as a first visit with the newly talented dentist Dr. Tamsen. It was first class and extraordinary —I am so thankful, so grateful, and so lucky to have found this complete expert in dental care. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of this office. They went over and above their responsibilities with a cost estimate, and put referrals in the system to visit the Oral and Endodontic specialists. Extraordinary, exceptional, unprecedented service, and the best care ever! Plus I received a gum analysis.“

I was hoping that NorthStar would be different from the rest by having dentist's on the team that truly care, listen to their patient's needs, and try to make an unpleasant experience such as getting a cavity, root canal, or crown done a good experience. Not only does she have a super cute haircut she makes you feel loved as soon as you walk through the door! Tanya & Tracy are super sweet and have such a motherly nature in their care. Dr. Chad is awesome!!!! He must have known that I was one of those patient's carrying "childhood dentist trauma" and he and Tracy both made sure I was comfortable as possible! I was offered classical music to listen too via headphones to help me relax and their chair has a back message option!!!! How cool is that?!?! Very relaxing.. Best experience at the dentist ever!!!
