“If you are looking for a 5-Star Dentist, NorthStar is the dentist choice for you and your family!!! I was so nervous about choosing a dentist because of past experiences being not so pleasant.. I was hoping that NorthStar would be different from the rest by having dentist's on the team that truly care, listen to their patient's needs, and try to make an unpleasant experience such as getting a cavity, root canal, or crown done a good experience. I was truly taken aback by their professionalism and sincere caring about my family's health care needs. They truly exceeded my expectations!! Karen at the front desk is truly a gem! Not only does she have a super cute haircut she makes you feel loved as soon as you walk through the door! Tanya & Tracy are super sweet and have such a motherly nature in their care. Dr. Chad is awesome!!!! He must have known that I was one of those patient's carrying "childhood dentist trauma" and he and Tracy both made sure I was comfortable as possible! I was offered classical music to listen too via headphones to help me relax and their chair has a back message option!!!! How cool is that?!?! Very relaxing.. Best experience at the dentist ever!!!
