Sylvia introduced me to yoga 9 years ago. She has taught me how to listen to my body's needs. My balance and flexibility have greatly improved, and she's given me the confidence that I will feel and move better as I age. Her myofacial yoga classes leave me feeling looser, more flexible and mentally awake. Sylvia is a wonderful instructor who listens to her students' needs.
