I went in for an apt and Donna, who is from the Appleton office, comes down to shawano office twice a month. Was rude, talking down to me, condescending and scarcastic. Angry tone of voice. She was telling me I couldn't get anything during the apt, but ended up giving me the stuff anyways. It seemed as though she was deliberately trying to tick me off and was attacking me verbally. My wife called for the first time to order supplies and Donna answered the phone, even stating her name. She was very rude and angry tone of voice. If you take your child to their annual physical make sure you don't discuss anything other than your child's weight, height, and vaccine status. If any issues are observed or discussed during the appointment they will bill for two separate appointments. They get away with this by saying "there's a poster on the wall". The doctor was great, which is a shame because this is organization prioritizes profits over people.

If you come here for prenatal care just know that you will only receive one ultrasound at 18-20 weeks for your ENTIRE pregnancy. I was shocked. I haven't met my OB yet but I can at least give 4 stars today because the tech for my ultrasound I had at 19 weeks was an absolute joy! She was so friendly and knowledgeable and explained a lot of cool stuff about the baby to us and got some really cute pictures of baby for us and put them on a cd for us and of course was able to tell us the gender of our little peanut :)
