Recently moved to the area and our furnace went out overnight. I called and they had a tech out within a few hours and solved our issues and got it running better than it was before. If your having issues with an oil furnace this is the place to call!
Knope does us well! They look out for the customer’s interests and well-being. Jay has worked there forever, knows the business and is always MORE than fair, treating the customer as if it were he that had the need.
As well, Carrier furnaces have served us excellently well the past 30+ years.
Knope came out to check out my water and diagnosis and fix the problem in 10 mins. There 2 tehnicians were very friendly and had plenty of knowledge of there profession. I wouldn't have any other HVAC company do my work but them. Thanks fellows. I would 110 % recommend anyone to them. ?
