My husband and I are flabbergasted! We came home to a 43 degree house the Sunday night before Christmas. We could not figure out what was going on with the furnace. We decided to call MR Heat to leave a message for Monday morning. Not only did Matt pick up immediately, he offered to walk us through fixing it ourselves! After almost an hour of being extremely patient with us and extremely thorough—we have heat. Imagine how much money he could have made tonight?!? Matt is the consummate professional; after our A/C broke on June 4th (the hottest day of the year) he came out to fix what we thought was the problem, low Freon. When the A/C shut off an hour later again, he came back the same day and did a look-over, realizing that the entire system (40+ years old, from the 80's) was dead. In less than 24 hours he arranged to come back the next morning and did a complete replacement job. We only had to endure one day of the heat before it was all fixed!Matt is responsive, quick, and good at what he does. Give him a call if you need anything fixed up!Services: Duct and vent cleaning
