I had the pleasure of having Peter from France Sales and Service come to fix the leaking bathtub faucet in our brand new house.
Even though no businesses in our area had the part necessary to repair our faucet, Peter tried several things to get the faucet to stop dripping while he waited for the ordered part to arrive.
When the part arrived the following week Peter called and returned with the new part. He refused to leave until the job was completed.
Peter was extremely professional on both of his service calls, putting on and wearing booties over his shoes every time he had to come in to the house. He used a towel to wipe dry any wet surfaces.

We've called so many electricians and they were one of the only 2 that picked up the phone. Were also the only people willing to help me out and alot nicer than the other guys.
