In terms of facilities, you’d be hard pressed to find a nicer CrossFit gym. Stopped in on travel to do some Olympic lift training and it was a great experience. Good equipment, including jerk blocks and some kilo plates, and nice folks, too.
We dropped in twice for open gym and had a blast! The facilities are great and they have all the equipment you could want. People were welcoming and helpful. Definitely will be stopping in again when we are in town. I wish something like this was available back home!
Adventure Awaits CrossFit Gym is a place to explore your Athletic ability & achieve things you never sought possible; The owners are extremely helpful to help you reach goals & start feeling amazing again. They are also athletes themselves. The coaches at this facility are some of the best out there, guiding in the know how of proper techniques & (form) of every movement, as to get better & better as time goes on.
