“The igniter went out on our furnace but we didn’t know that til after we got home and messed with it for a while. Called a little after 6, not expecting a call back til the next day. Within 30 minutes they called back and I thought it was to get a time set for the morning. I was happily wrong. By 7 Mike had our furnace fixed and our house was warming up.
