I went to this vet from the very first day it opened until we moved away a bit ago. Nan Boss is the best Vet we have ever had over 40+ years. We miss her dedication and truth telling. Appreciate her and all her staff. You are lucky to have her.

This is an addendum to my previous review. The regional director of VCA contacted me to discuss my concerns. She went above and beyond to make sure I was heard. We had multiple conversations, some quite long, as well as a conversation with the clinic manager. They explained their reasoning to me and apologized for the way the change was communicated to me. We did come to an understanding to where I am comfortable continuing to bring my animals there. I really did not want to start over at a new clinic with people that did not know my animals. I appreciate Joanna, the regional director, caring enough to reach out to me to get this resolved.

We are so satisfied with the care Dr. Hinze provided for our sweet love Dakota. She didn’t just treat Dakota, she treated her as part of our family and always made sure we knew our options and choices to do what was best for our girl. Thank you for being part of our family VCA. You didn’t just care about Dakota, you all also cared about Dakota’s family and that means so much to us.
