I visit the Saukeville, Wi location and Mrs. Jane Howell was our tax preparer. She is the best, outstanding customer service, she is very knowledgeable (15yrs doing taxes) she made everything smooth, and easy. I previously filed my taxes at the Teutonia, Wi location and I was very disappointed not at Jackson Hewitt but at the owner of that franchise, last year he charge us twice the set price that Jackson Hewitt charges and we decided to take a chance at the local Walmart location since we have been Jackson Hewitt loyal customers and Mrs. Howell make feel in good hands and confident this time and we are very please of her wonderful service. Jane Howell was very professional yet made me feel at ease and really took care of all my questions. She really is at a disadvantage in Walmart in that small work area with people walking by. I have always done my own taxes and chose well with her and Jackson Hewitt.
